NEW PROJECT: Elephant Park Plot H

Elite are due to start work this March (2022) at Elephant Park Plot H. Elephant Park is a Lendlease development in Elephant and Castle (SE17) which has been referred to as Central London's new green heart. Elephant Park is special for many reasons, the site for example is centred around a 2 acre new park - the largest new green space in London for 70 years! A total of over 1,200 new trees will be planted in Zone 1 London as a result of the development, another reason why Elephant Park is such a great project.

In terms of hard landscaping Elite will be installing top quality paving, metal planters, street furniture and a play area on the level 1 podium and level 18 terrace gardens. For the soft landscaping elite will be planting an array of shrubs and mature trees. We look forward to contributing to the new green heart of Central London.
