New Year, New Projects

Capturing the sentiment of 2021, Ballymore’s aptly named Goodluck Hope Phase 2 is our most recently secured work. Situated in the heart of Leamouth Peninsula, this £2.2 million-pound project sits right on the river Thames, overlooking the O2 with the city on its shoulder. We are thrilled to be a part of the East End’s already successful rejuvenation scheme and will be providing hard and soft landscaping for this second phase of the new development. A project unlike any other, Goodluck Hope Phase 2 will see the restoration of the existing Grade II listed Orchard Dry Dock, creating a brilliant new outdoor space for socialising and enjoying views across the river. As well as this, plans for an onsite microbrewery and brewer’s school are in place, alongside naturalistic, soft flowing landscaping to contrast the site’s historically industrial past. Completion is projected for spring 2022, when, with a little luck and a lot of hope, we’ll once again be able to come together and enjoy the best London has to offer. The future’s looking brighter already!
