NEW PROJECT: Woolwich Town Centre

Elite Landscapes are due to start works this month on the redevelopment of Woolwich Town Centre for Royal Borough of Greenwich and Osbourne. The team are excited to work alongside the landscape architects Studio Bosk Ltd, to transform the area and create the vision set out by LDA Design. 
 
The primary focus of the scheme will be on the street works improvements and redevelopment of the market square. The aim is to reorganise the footfall around the site to allow more space for socialising, a central garden and a year-round programme of events. This is in addition to the existing established market, which the square has been home to for over 400 years. The installation of terraced seating, planting and a key water feature will create a greener public space which the whole community will benefit from.
