NEW PROJECT: St Johns Hill Phase 2

Elite are due to start works in January alongside SISK at St Johns Hill Phase 2. Designed by Hawkins Brown architects, the regeneration of this Peabody estate in Clapham will see the number of homes increase from 353 to 599, with the addition of a new community centre. The landscaping designed by Farrer Huxley includes a wild garden, play area and a central public square around the community centre. An exciting project we can’t wait to be involved in!
