Manager of the Month - June 2021

A huge congratulations to Claudiu Pisica for winning Manager of the Month for June! Claudiu is currently working alongside St William at Clarendon Road, where we’ve been extremely impressed by his ability to overcome obstacles throughout a tough month on site. We are always extremely grateful for all our managers and everyone on our team at Elite.

What is your role?

I am the site manager at Clarendon Road, and I am responsible for our team on site and for the landscape project, hard and soft.

Have you encountered any problems within the project and how did you combat them?

We did have some problems with the design of the project, but we are working hard and liaising with the main contractor and designers to sort out all these issues, which otherwise could cost us a lot of time that we don’t have as the handover dates are really close.

Anyway, as everybody knows, all the sites have their problems. The important thing is to not let down yourself and keep doing your best to achieve a good result that you can be proud of.

What have you achieved so far?

The project is quite big. We will need to complete the landscape of the second phase of the site, there are eight buildings in total. At the moment we have been able to finish part of the first building and we have already started the second one.
