April 2022 Employees of the month

Congratulations to both Hasan Kulaksazov and Lulian Jitaru for winning April Employees of the month. Both Hasan and Lulian worked extremely hard to achieve the clients deadlines on our Royal Warwick square development.

We had a catch up with Hasan and Lulian to ask about their roles and the work they have completed on RWS:

What is your role and can you tell us a bit about the work you completed at Royal Warwick Square?

Hasan Kulaksazov

I am the Project Manager on RWS and I am responsible for overseeing the daily site works, elements of procurement & programming, whilst managing client expectation & deadlines.

Iulian Jitaru

My role is Site Supervisor, I work closely with Hasan and help manage a strong team of operatives on a daily basis.

Did you come across any problems and how did you overcome them to hit the deadline?

The working areas were restricted & congested, due to a relatively tight programme and logistically the site is difficult due to multiple phases running concurrently, limited space & its West London location. Additional Instructed works were also contributing factor given the short programme and the need to handover on time.

To oversee these problems, clear planning, good organisation & a great team helped us to achieve the targets presented to us, without impacting H&S or Quality which has resulted in great feedback from our client!
